MARLEONE NMI (VAN ZANDT) BREMER Obituary (1942

Marleone Bremer passed away on August 29, 2015 of natural causes in Kalispell, MT. She was brought into this world on April 18, 1942 in Pasadena, CA to adoring parents Fred and Maxine Van Zandt. Marleone graduated from Mark Kemple High School in 1960. She married Fred Bremer in 1967 where she went from 1 child to 5 children within a matter of weeks at the young age of 24. She raised all 5 girls with Fred's help. In 1976 the family moved from Los Angeles to Montana to fulfill a dream of the young family to live off the land. They bought a house, 5 acres and all the animals to go with it, goats, pigs, horses, and sheep. That was the happiest time of Marle's life. She had the big garden, the cow to milk and the life she had always dreamed of. She was milking her own cows, making butter and canning all her own veggies and food. After the marriage ended she moved to Missoula and began a new life. She really lived life to the fullest. In 2003 she moved to Libby, MT to be closer to her mother. She resided there until her passing. Marleone was preceded in death by her parents Fred & Maxine Van Zandt, and a grandson Wayne Buckley. Survivors include her 5 daughters, Brenda Buckley (Wayne), Bonnie Bremer (James), and Juli Schroeder (Shane McMahon), Beckie Shippen (Ted), Tammy Robins (Todd); 8 grandchildren; and her good friend and caregiver Mykaya Fairchild. A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall in Libby, MT on September 26, 2015 at 6:00 p. m. Arrangements are by Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home & Crematory.
