LORETTA M (RORKE) OLSON Obituary (1942

Loretta "Retta" M. Olson, 74, of Libby, MT entered into rest on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at Cabinet Peaks Medical Center with family by her side. Loretta was born September 12, 1942 in Libby, MT to Harold and Mabel (Gould) Rorke. She had various jobs throughout her life, including waitressing and working as a cook for a hospital, college, and daycare. Loretta always enjoyed cooking, baking and canning. She also loved to sew, making oven dresses and mending for family and friends. She enjoyed going to go to Bingo at the VFW in Troy, MT and playing cards and marbles. Loretta was preceded in death by her parents; son, Marty Rorke; brother, Gordon Rorke; and sisters Cathy Burdick and Patrisa Rorke. Survivors include her children Tina Flansburg of Troy, MT; LaDawn and Kyle Maloney of Bozeman, MT; Bruce Olson of Henderson, NV; grandchildren Justin and Cameron Flansburg of Spokane, WA; Rozland and Brandon Robinson of Dillon, MT; Connor Boyce and Leah Frederick of Dillon, MT; Chase and Emmy Maloney of Bozeman, MT; 3 great grandsons Hayden and Kaison Flansburg and Bayson Boyce; her sisters Margie Rorke of Libby, MT and Juanita (Ron) Selways of Dillon, MT; and numerous nieces and nephews. Arrangements are under the care of Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home & Crematory of Libby, MT.
